About the role

Alorica is seeking an English‑speaking Technical Support Representative to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. You will handle customer inquiries, diagnose technical problems, and deliver step‑by‑step solutions through phone, chat, or email while maintaining high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to English‑language customer requests via phone, chat, and email.
• Troubleshoot software and hardware issues, guiding users through resolution processes.
• Escalate complex cases to higher‑level support when necessary.
• Document each case accurately in the ticketing system.
• Follow established support procedures and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve support practices.

Required profile

• Strong technical support and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to work on‑site and meet defined performance targets.
• Previous experience in a contact‑center or customer‑service environment is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or IT coursework are advantageous.
