Telesales Executive – AI Solutions & Education

About the role

EpsilonAI is seeking a results‑driven Telesales Executive to convert qualified leads into enrollments for its professional training and AI learning programs. You will engage prospects, understand their career goals, recommend suitable courses, and close sales while meeting monthly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Contact assigned and inbound leads via phone calls, WhatsApp, and approved communication channels.
• Understand each prospect’s background, career goals, needs, and level of interest.
• Recommend the most suitable training program and clearly explain content, duration, schedule, certifications, pricing, payment options, and expected outcomes.
• Qualify leads, prioritize high‑potential prospects and manage the full telesales cycle from first contact to enrollment and payment.
• Follow up consistently until a clear outcome is reached and handle objections related to price, timing, program duration, career value, and competing alternatives.
• Maintain accurate lead status, notes, activities, follow‑up dates, and outcomes in the CRM and re‑engage previous or inactive leads when appropriate.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and coordinate with Admissions and Operations for a smooth enrollment process.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, admissions sales, B2C sales, or a similar target‑driven sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly sales or revenue targets.
• Strong closing, negotiation and objection‑handling skills.
• Excellent spoken Arabic and good to very good command of English.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
