About the role
The Telesales Executive will focus on contacting existing customers to promote course renewal options and drive conversion. Working closely with learners, you will understand their progress and tailor renewal solutions to meet their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to current customers via phone to present renewal options for courses.
- Maintain regular follow‑up to assess learning needs and recommend personalized renewal plans.
- Monitor student progress and analyse performance data to shape renewal strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve concerns and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and commission goals.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to identify and address customer needs.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven environment with a results‑oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated to meet and surpass sales targets.
