Telesales Representative – Banking (Remote, Cairo)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative with banking experience to join our team remotely from Cairo. You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of banking products to both new and existing customers while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote banking products and services.
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers clearly.
• Handle customer inquiries, objections, and resolve issues professionally.
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Build strong relationships and deliver a high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• 3 to 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Fluent English with strong spoken and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate, persuade, and handle objections.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Highly motivated, goal‑oriented and committed to achieving KPIs.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai after three months upon meeting sales targets.
