Telesales Representative – Full-time On-site (Egypt)

About the role

The Telesales Representative will work on-site in Egypt, handling both inbound and outbound calls to promote ALFA PLUS products and services. You will engage prospects, answer queries and guide customers through the sales process to achieve daily targets.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and receive inbound inquiries to present product features and benefits.
• Identify customer needs, handle objections and close sales in line with company targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales support.
• Meet individual and team performance metrics while adhering to call scripts and compliance guidelines.
• Participate in regular training and coaching sessions.

Required profile

• Strong communication and active listening abilities.
• Basic sales and negotiation experience, preferably in a call-center environment.
• Customer-service orientation with the ability to understand and address client needs.
• Ability to work on-site in Egypt, manage time effectively and stay organized in a target-driven setting.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is a plus.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to feedback and engage in ongoing training.
