About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Representative to engage with existing customers, present course renewal options and drive conversion. The role focuses on building relationships, understanding learning needs and delivering personalized renewal solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Contact existing customers to introduce course renewal options and increase conversion rates.
- Maintain regular follow‑up to understand learners’ needs and recommend tailored renewal solutions.
- Monitor student progress and analyse performance data to develop effective renewal strategies.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve concerns and ensure high satisfaction throughout the renewal process.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets in a results‑driven environment.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Comfortable working in a target‑driven setting with a positive, results‑oriented mindset.
- Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a focus on performance and commission.
