About the role

JD Express is seeking motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Representatives to join its growing sales team. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective clients, presenting the company’s logistics services, and driving new business through outbound calls.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients through outbound calls.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective follow‑up.
• Negotiate and successfully close sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills.
