Telesales Specialist

About the role

The Telesales Specialist is the first point of contact for leads generated by marketing campaigns. You will quickly engage prospects, qualify their needs, and hand over sales‑ready opportunities to the sales team with a concise summary.

Key responsibilities

• Contact new leads within 5–15 minutes via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
• Conduct qualification calls using a standard questionnaire to capture company size, activity, number of branches, current software, pain points, required modules, budget, and decision timeline.
• Classify each lead as Qualified, Disqualified, Needs Follow‑up, or Unreachable.
• Log all interactions, notes, and contact stages accurately in the CRM.
• Schedule product demos or meetings with the appropriate Account Executive and send a detailed qualification summary before the meeting.
• Redirect non‑ready leads back to the marketing nurture track and document reasons for disqualification.
• Provide qualitative feedback on lead quality to the Marketing team.
• Prepare weekly reports on lead volume, quality scores, sources, and conversion rates.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, SDR, telesales or inside sales; software/ERP experience is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal communication with the ability to handle initial objections without deep negotiation.
• Strong business acumen to understand client needs and translate them into software requirements.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and managing data hygiene.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment and meet strict response time targets.
