Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of telesales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Monitor performance, conduct coaching sessions, and implement skill‑development strategies.
• Develop and execute telesales strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee customer interaction quality and ensure best practices in service and support.
• Track KPIs, analyze sales data, and report insights to management.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement process improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑4 years of telesales experience, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading teams.
• Strong leadership, performance‑management and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software for performance tracking.
