Toll Manufacturing Specialist – Pharma Production

About the role

Omega Pharma is seeking a Toll Manufacturing Specialist to manage and coordinate all toll manufacturing activities with third‑party manufacturers in its Nasr City facility. The role ensures timely production, compliance with GMP, and smooth collaboration across internal functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all toll manufacturing activities with third‑party manufacturers.
• Monitor production plans and ensure on‑time manufacturing and product delivery.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Regulatory Affairs, Supply Chain, Planning, and Procurement teams.
• Follow up on the availability of raw and packaging materials required for production.
• Review manufacturing documents, batch records, and production reports.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and company quality standards.
• Support technology transfer activities and new product launches.
• Resolve production‑related issues with external manufacturing partners.
• Monitor manufacturing performance and prepare periodic reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with third‑party manufacturers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Toll Manufacturing, Contract Manufacturing, or Pharmaceutical Production.
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and GMP requirements.
• Experience coordinating with third‑party manufacturers is preferred.
• Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• ERP experience is an advantage.
