Tourism Visa Specialist

About the role

The Tourism Visa Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position within the Visa Department of Panda Incentive, a leading travel agency. Based in Egypt, you will manage visa processes for both leisure and corporate travelers, ensuring smooth and timely approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect client documents, prepare visa applications, and submit them to embassies, consulates, or visa centers.
• Provide clear guidance on visa requirements, timelines, and procedures to clients.
• Track application status, follow up with authorities, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain accurate records of all visa cases and coordinate with ticketing and tour‑planning teams.
• Stay updated on changing visa regulations and build relationships with relevant authorities.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or visa‑processing environment.
• Strong communication skills for handling client inquiries and managing expectations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple cases and deadlines.
• Ability to work on‑site in Egypt and collaborate effectively within a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital tools for documentation, tracking, and communication.
