Training Assistant

About the role

AmadeusArabic is seeking a full‑time Training Assistant to support the delivery of Amadeus airline reservation system courses. The position is based on‑site in Qesm El Nozha and involves working closely with instructors, learners, and administrative staff to ensure smooth training operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and organize training materials, classroom setups, and schedules.
• Assist trainers during demonstrations and practice sessions.
• Respond to learner inquiries and provide basic guidance on course content.
• Maintain attendance records, registration logs, and feedback forms.
• Update and help maintain training resources and documentation.
• Coordinate logistics to create a professional and positive learning environment.

Required profile

• Strong training and development abilities with a focus on structured learning sessions.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills for interacting with learners and internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site full‑time in Qesm El Nozha and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Previous experience in training support, education, or customer‑facing roles is an advantage.
• Familiarity with airline reservation systems or the travel industry is a plus, with a readiness to learn the Amadeus platform.
