Training & Education Specialist – CRDN (Medical Education)

About the role

The role supports the Coronary Vascular and Renal Denervation (CRDN) portfolio by developing and delivering physician education programmes across the ACEE region. It works closely with Medical Affairs, Clinical, Marketing, Commercial, Legal and Compliance teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional medical education strategies aligned with CRDN therapy and business objectives.
• Design and deliver workshops, symposia, proctorships and hands‑on training courses for physicians.
• Build and manage relationships with faculty, physician trainers and training centres.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness through participation metrics, knowledge assessments and learning outcomes.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience (or equivalent combination of degree and experience) in clinical training, medical education or related medical device field.
• Proven experience designing and delivering clinical or technical education programmes for healthcare professionals.
• Strong track record of managing education projects from design through implementation.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to meet business and educational goals.

Required skills

• Experience developing evidence‑based educational content, curricula and training materials.
• Ability to analyse programme performance and implement improvements based on outcomes.
