Training Manager

About the role

As a Training Manager with Hilton, you will design, deliver and continuously improve learning programs that empower hotel team members to create memorable guest experiences. You will act as a catalyst for a harassment‑free, diverse, and service‑focused workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Design, plan and deliver hotel training programs aligned with corporate goals, covering topics such as orientation, leadership, diversity, service excellence and compliance.
• Monitor performance trends with department managers and trainers, develop action plans and recognize achievements.
• Assess existing training initiatives, identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions tailored to departmental needs.
• Maintain accurate training records, audit compliance and manage systems that track individual learning progress.
• Oversee specialized programs including alcohol awareness, food safety, job‑skill checklists and educational assistance.
• Supervise and coach training team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
