Training Operation Manager

About the role

As a Training Operation Manager you will turn Siemens Energy’s training strategy into measurable results. You will own the planning, coordination and delivery of training programs, ensuring high customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute onsite and virtual training programs for gas and steam turbine operations.
• Measure, monitor and report the status of ongoing training initiatives using the SE L.M.S platform.
• Review and continuously optimize training workshops in partnership with stakeholders.
• Supervise curriculum design, validate training materials and align them with global learning trends.
• Lead a team of training engineers and trainers, providing coaching, performance oversight and necessary tools.
• Drive continuous improvement projects by collaborating with process owners across the training centre.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical or electromechanical engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in the energy sector or technical operations.
• 5+ years of experience in training delivery, training operations or adult learning environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
• Proven project‑management capabilities and ability to work with cross‑functional teams.
