About the role
We are looking for a Training Specialist to join our team in Mansoura. The role involves analyzing training needs, designing and delivering learning programs, and evaluating their impact.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with department heads to identify performance and skill gaps and align training with strategic goals.
- Design and develop training programs, including annual plans, training kits, presentations, work manuals, e‑learning materials, and interactive workshops.
- Organize, schedule, and deliver training sessions personally or coordinate with external trainers and accredited institutes, and manage e‑learning platforms.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and monitor the application of new skills in the workplace.
