Travel Advisor

About the role

FlairsTech is seeking a full‑time Travel Advisor to join its team in Qesm El Maadi. You will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end travel arrangements for both clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and cost‑effective travel experience that meets company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Book flights, hotels, ground transportation and ancillary services for domestic and international trips.
• Assess travel needs, propose suitable itineraries, and coordinate with travel agencies and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records in travel management systems and ensure compliance with corporate travel policies.
• Provide proactive customer service, respond to inquiries, resolve issues and handle travel disruptions.
• Monitor travel policy updates, optimise itineraries for cost efficiency, and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing experience with a focus on service quality and satisfaction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interaction with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Hands‑on experience managing travel arrangements, preferably from a travel agency or similar environment.
• Good organisational and time‑management abilities to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Problem‑solving mindset to manage unexpected changes and special requests calmly.
• Relevant diploma or degree in tourism, hospitality, business or a related field is advantageous.
• Ability to work on‑site in Qesm El Maadi and collaborate within a multicultural team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with travel booking systems.
• Competence in common office and communication software.
