Travel Advisor (TICO Certified) – English B2/C1

About the role

The Travel Advisor will work on‑site in New Cairo, providing high‑quality support to customers while promoting travel‑related products and services. The position requires a TICO certification and strong English communication (B2/C1) to ensure smooth interactions and successful upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Identify and act on upselling opportunities, recommending suitable travel products to meet sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on customer feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve overall service quality standards.

Required profile

• Fluent English (B2/C1) with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to ensure customer satisfaction through proactive problem‑solving.
• Willingness to work on‑site in New Cairo and adhere to a customer‑focused approach.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
