Travel Agent – Customer‑focused Itinerary Specialist

About the role

Join a leading global travel platform as a Travel Agent/Consultant, helping customers turn dream vacations into reality. You will design custom itineraries, provide expert destination advice, and ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Research, create and book tailor‑made travel packages, including accommodations, tours and transportation.
• Provide expert recommendations on destinations, local cultures, customs and hidden gems.
• Handle client inquiries, manage bookings, modifications and resolve travel disruptions with empathy and professionalism.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized, high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in travel, hospitality or high‑touch customer service (not mandatory).
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (B2/C1 level).
• Calm, proactive problem‑solver with ability to manage complex logistics.
• Passion for travel and strong knowledge of global geography.

Required skills

• Fluency in English.
• Ability to design custom itineraries and recommend destinations.
