Travel Agent

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Kuwait and focuses on arranging domestic and international travel for employees and clients. The Travel Agent will handle bookings, coordinate logistics, and deliver exceptional customer service while promoting travel products.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange business travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visa requirements.
• Liaise with airlines, hotels, car‑rental firms and travel agencies; negotiate rates and secure cost‑effective solutions.
• Prepare travel requests, approvals, visas, insurance and ensure compliance with company policies and immigration regulations.
• Monitor travel expenses, verify invoices, coordinate reimbursements and produce cost‑saving reports.
• Provide itineraries, manage changes, cancellations and emergency arrangements for travelers.
• Maintain travel databases, traveler profiles and generate performance reports.
• Promote and sell travel products and services to clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of visa procedures, international travel regulations and ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
