Travel Consultant – Corporate Travel Services

About the role

Air Arabia is looking for a Travel Consultant to support the day‑to‑day operations of its corporate travel services. You will manage end‑to‑end travel arrangements, from flight bookings to accommodation and transportation, ensuring a smooth experience for corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle travel requests from assigned corporate clients, providing timely and accurate service throughout the travel lifecycle.
• Process bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations, refunds, and schedule changes using GDS and supplier systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of airline products, fare rules, hotel offerings, visa requirements and travel regulations.
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with corporate policies, supplier terms and applicable regulations.
• Record client interactions, quotations, bookings and payments in CRM and reservation systems.
• Prepare quotations, itineraries, confirmations, invoices and other travel documentation.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment verification, refunds and reconciliation.
• Work with the Visa Department and suppliers to process visa applications and related documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in airline ticketing, travel consulting or a related travel industry role.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
• Knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations, visa requirements and travel regulations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with airline reservation systems, specifically Amadeus and Galileo (basic and advanced levels).
• Competence in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using online booking platforms and GDS tools.
