Travel Consultant (Giza Office)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant to join our Giza office. In this role you will guide customers through the entire travel planning process, from initial inquiry to final booking, ensuring memorable experiences across Egypt.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with planning and making travel reservations.
• Handle inbound and outbound holiday packages for groups and individuals.
• Manage tailor‑made travel requests, preparing quotations and detailed itineraries.
• Book accommodation, transportation, tickets, tours and activities within Egypt.
• Communicate with clients via phone and email, issuing invoices and vouchers.
• Address customer queries and complaints, arranging alternatives when trips are disrupted.
• Promote and sell hotel, cruise, car‑rental and insurance packages.
• Evaluate customer experiences, collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in travel sales or reservations.
• Very good command of English.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Creative, supportive and customer‑focused attitude.
• Hard‑working with leadership potential.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
