Travel Consultant

About the role

MacQueen is seeking a full‑time Remote Travel Consultant to assist customers with hotel and travel reservations worldwide. You will research options, compare prices, and recommend accommodations that match travelers’ preferences and budgets while delivering a seamless booking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle booking requests, confirm and modify reservations, and ensure accuracy of travel details.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email, providing clear and friendly support.
• Resolve issues efficiently and maintain high service standards throughout the booking process.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to secure preferred rates and stay updated on travel products.

Required profile

• Strong background in travel consulting or travel management.
• Proven experience handling hotel and related service reservations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain professionalism in a fully remote setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with online booking tools.
• Experience using reservation systems.
• Competence with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
