Travel Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant to design and manage complete travel experiences for our clients. You will be responsible for crafting itineraries, handling bookings, and providing expert advice on travel logistics and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Plan detailed itineraries covering transportation, accommodation, sightseeing, and activities.
• Book travel services such as flights, hotels, tours, cruises, and car rentals.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date information on visas, passports, travel insurance, currency, weather, local customs, and health requirements.
• Prepare and issue travel documents, including tickets, confirmations, and itineraries.
• Offer cost estimates and guide clients toward options that fit their budgets.
• Manage changes, cancellations, rebookings, refunds, and alternative arrangements.
• Resolve travel‑related issues such as delayed flights, lost luggage, or emergencies during trips.
• Maintain strong customer relationships, follow up after trips, and address feedback or complaints.
• Stay informed about travel regulations, airline policies, tourism trends, and destination updates.

• Knowledge of visa requirements, passport regulations, travel insurance, and health advisories.
• Effective problem‑solving skills for travel disruptions and customer concerns.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing travel regulations and client needs.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
