Travel Counselor – Full‑Time On‑Site

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Counselor to join our team in Sheikh Zayed. The role involves creating personalized travel experiences and delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan detailed itineraries covering transportation, accommodation, sightseeing and activities.
• Book travel services such as flights, hotels, tours, cruises and car rentals.
• Provide clients with up‑to‑date information on visas, passports, insurance, currency, weather and local customs.
• Prepare travel documents, tickets and confirmations, and offer cost estimates aligned with client budgets.
• Handle changes, cancellations, rebookings and resolve travel‑related issues like delayed flights or lost luggage.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service attitude and strong communication skills.
• Organizational and time‑management abilities to manage multiple bookings.
• Knowledge of visa requirements, passport regulations, travel insurance and health advisories.
• Problem‑solving skills to address travel disruptions and customer concerns.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and adapt to changing travel regulations.
