About the role
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Accountant to oversee daily cash and bank operations for our construction projects in Shorouk City, Cairo. The role ensures accurate recording, compliance with financial procedures, and effective coordination with banking partners.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and record daily cash and bank transactions, including receipts, payments, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
- Prepare and review payment requests, receipts, and other treasury documents.
- Monitor cash balances to guarantee sufficient funds for daily operations.
- Maintain strong coordination with banks and follow up on banking transactions.
- Prepare daily and periodic cash and bank reports and perform regular bank reconciliations.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury Accounting.
- Previous experience in the construction/contracting sector.
- Strong knowledge of cash and bank transactions and internal controls.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Located near El Shorouk City.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
