Treasury Fresh Graduate Internship

About the role

This 1‑year graduate program internship is designed for autonomous, analytical fresh graduates with strong communication skills. The role focuses on optimizing treasury operations, establishing end‑to‑end processes for Bank Guarantees and Form‑4 settlements, and supporting cash‑flow and foreign‑currency exposure activities.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on and cancel expired or long‑pending Bank Guarantees.
• Propose and implement an end‑to‑end Bank Guarantee process, ensuring alignment with GCCI Treasury internal processes and procurement policies.
• Coordinate with the procurement team on advance payments and Form‑4 lists to settle overdue items.
• Design an end‑to‑end Form‑4 process, updating GCCI Treasury internal processes and related policies.
• Drive the Global Treasury RACI Convergence project for Egypt, managing timelines and stakeholder communication.
• Guide the GCCI team in implementing a new cash‑flow template and support the AL Egypt foreign‑currency exposure exercise.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent English.
• 0‑1 year of experience or internships in treasury.
• Knowledge of treasury and cash‑flow concepts.
• Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and autonomous work style.
• Excellent communication skills.
