Treasury Operations Specialist

About the role

Join Elsewedy Electric’s Graduate Development Program as a Treasury Operations Specialist. You will support the company’s cash management processes, ensuring accurate recording of receipts, payments, and cash movements while gaining exposure to a variety of finance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute receipt and payment transactions in line with company needs.
• Record all transactions in the ERP system, cash statement sheet, and trial balance for monthly closing.
• Maintain proper filing and document storage for audit readiness.
• Forecast cash requirements based on historical data and expected future transactions.
• Update customer status sheets with cash and check collections.
• Prepare monthly cash payment forecasts, petty‑cash analysis, and cash evaluation reports.
• Perform quarterly analysis of car expenses and support audit documentation requests.
• Manage daily incoming check processing, deposit checks, and reconcile balances in Oracle and Excel.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience, preferably through internships or graduate programs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with Oracle financial system.
• Familiarity with ERP platforms for transaction recording.
