UAT Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a motivated UAT Specialist to ensure our fintech solutions meet business requirements before release. You will work closely with product owners, developers and business stakeholders to validate functionality and guarantee a smooth user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and user stories to design appropriate UAT test scenarios.
• Create, review and maintain detailed UAT test cases and documentation.
• Execute test cases, record results and clearly log any defects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to verify defect fixes and retest as needed.
• Provide formal sign‑off once the system satisfies all acceptance criteria.
• Participate in UAT planning, scheduling and progress reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
• 0‑2 years of experience in UAT, testing or related activities.
• Strong ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Familiarity with the company’s products and services is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for test documentation.
• Basic understanding of transaction processing within payment networks.
