UI/UX Design Manager

About the role

The UI/UX Design Manager leads the design vision and user‑experience strategy for digital products, ensuring solutions are user‑centered, visually consistent, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive UX strategy, design standards, and best practices.
• Oversee user research, usability testing, and continuous design improvements.
• Review and approve wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead and mentor the UI/UX design team.

Required profile

• 7+ years of UI/UX experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy and interface design.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
