UI/UX Designer

About the role

Vodafone is looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are user‑centered, accessible, and aligned with business goals and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research, interviews, surveys and usability testing to gather insights.
• Develop personas, journey maps, service blueprints and information architecture.
• Translate business and user requirements into intuitive workflows, wireframes, mockups, prototypes and high‑fidelity designs.
• Define and maintain design systems, style guides and reusable components.
• Ensure responsive design for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.
• Collaborate with front‑end and full‑stack developers to guarantee accurate design implementation.
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement and participate in design reviews and user acceptance activities.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of professional UI/UX design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design work.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Design tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Miro, Zeplin, Canva.
• Usability testing tools and heatmap/analytics platforms.
• Survey and feedback platforms.
• Design thinking, information architecture, interaction design.
• Accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and responsive design.
• Design systems creation and maintenance.
