Universal Banker – Retail Banking (Mohandseen Branch)

About the role

The Universal Banker (UBO) will operate at the new Mohandseen branch, delivering high‑quality retail banking services while driving customer acquisition and satisfaction. This position blends cash handling, sales, and problem‑solving to support the bank’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage cash transactions at teller counters in accordance with branch policies.
• Provide proactive customer service, aiming to meet expectations on every interaction.
• Reduce customer attrition, liability, and service‑application rejections.
• Acquire new customers through walk‑in sales and cross‑sell banking products.
• Own and resolve customer complaints, logging each case and forwarding to the appropriate unit.
• Educate clients on digital channels and alternative banking technologies.
• Achieve personal and cross‑selling KPIs for retail banking products.
• Ensure compliance with zero‑loss operational standards.
• Collaborate with support units, CCU, and DBC to deliver a seamless experience.
• Handle complex, unstructured issues including cash shortages, excesses, and potential fraud.

Required profile

• University graduate.
• 2‑3 years of branch banking experience.
• Age between 23 and 30 years.
• Strong computer literacy and comfort with technology.

• Thorough knowledge of retail banking products, processes, services, and policies.
