Veterinary Software Sales & Customer Service Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated, tech‑savvy individual to join our team as a Veterinary Software Sales & Customer Service Representative. This fully remote, entry‑level position will focus on promoting our veterinary practice management solution across the Middle East while providing first‑line support to new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential veterinary practices throughout the Middle East.
• Conduct live virtual product demonstrations highlighting key features and benefits.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet targets and earn performance bonuses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with veterinarians and clinic managers.
• Guide new clients through onboarding, setup, and basic training.
• Serve as the first point of contact for daily user queries and troubleshoot basic issues.
• Perform regular follow‑ups to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Veterinary Medicine, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (new graduates welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Arabic and English.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage time independently.
