Vice President, Business Development – North Africa

About the role

We are seeking a commercially driven Vice President of Business Development to lead and expand NymCard’s footprint across North Africa. You will own the end‑to‑end sales cycle, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, fintechs, telcos and other licensed financial institutions, building a pipeline of high‑value enterprise deals.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and C‑suite engagement to negotiation and contract closure.
• Design and execute a regional go‑to‑market strategy for banks and licensed financial institutions.
• Develop and maintain a qualified pipeline that meets revenue targets for NymCard’s full‑stack payments platform.
• Establish executive relationships with decision‑makers in retail, digital banking and payments divisions.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Finance to shape commercially viable solutions.
• Represent NymCard at industry events, central‑bank forums and banking associations.
• Provide market intelligence on regulatory changes, competitor activity and client needs.
• Maintain accurate CRM data, publish dashboards and track booked versus realized revenue.

Required profile

• Proven track record in enterprise sales within banking, fintech or payments sectors.
• Hunter mindset with experience building markets from the ground up.
• Strong ability to influence C‑suite executives and close complex, high‑value deals.
• Excellent analytical skills to forecast revenue, win rates and pipeline health.
