Video Producer – Videographer & Editor

About the role

We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Video Producer to join our team. You will own the full production cycle, from studio preparation and filming to editing and delivering polished video content that supports our brand, marketing and training initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and execute professional video shoots on‑site.
• Set up and manage studio lighting, audio equipment and microphones.
• Operate DSLR, mirrorless or iPhone Pro cameras and capture high‑quality footage.
• Edit footage in Adobe Premiere Pro, perform color correction and basic grading.
• Add subtitles, graphics and simple motion graphics as needed.
• Organise media files, project assets and ensure version control.
• Deliver final videos for YouTube, social media, training courses and marketing campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in video production and editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of corporate, educational or social‑media videos.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and meet quality standards.
