VIP Client Supporter – Live Streaming

About the role

The VIP Client Supporter provides high‑quality, personalized assistance to VIP live‑streaming users, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience on MICO WORLD’s platforms. This full‑time, on‑site position involves direct communication with clients, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, personalized support to VIP live‑streaming clients, answering inquiries via chat, voice or video.
• Resolve technical and account‑related issues by coordinating with internal support and engineering teams.
• Guide VIP users through platform features and assist with basic troubleshooting of mobile applications.
• Monitor client activity, collect feedback and suggest improvements to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and support promotional or special events for VIP users.

Required profile

• Strong client‑service and communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Experience with live‑streaming or social‑media platforms and understanding of online community dynamics.
• Organizational and problem‑solving abilities, including time‑management and attention to detail.
• Technical comfort with internet and mobile applications, including basic troubleshooting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or account management, preferably in digital entertainment.
