Vulnerability Management Analyst (AI Training)

About the role

Alignerr is seeking an experienced security professional to train and evaluate cutting‑edge AI systems. You will apply real‑world vulnerability management expertise to help AI reason about security threats and remediation strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze vulnerability reports, CVEs, and exposure scenarios across infrastructure and applications.
• Classify severity, impact, exploitability, and recommend remediation actions.
• Evaluate patching, mitigation, and remediation decision‑making scenarios for realism and accuracy.
• Generate, label, and validate security‑reasoning data used to train and benchmark AI models.
• Apply practical judgment to differentiate genuine risk from theoretical noise.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or infrastructure security.
• Strong understanding of CVEs, vulnerability scanners, patching workflows, and risk prioritization frameworks such as CVSS, EPSS, and SSVC.
• Analytical thinker with clear written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and asynchronously on task‑based assignments.
