Waiter / Assistant

About the role

Join Accor’s hospitality team as a Waiter/Assistant, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in restaurant and bar settings. You will work at a dedicated station, ensuring guests receive prompt, courteous, and accurate service while upholding Accor’s standards of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain your service station, adapting to the flow of guests.
• Take orders, suggest alternatives, and promote targeted menu items.
• Serve food and drinks, deliver plates, and clear tables efficiently.
• Coordinate with bus staff and interns to manage empty plates and workstation cleanliness.
• Handle guest belongings left at the station and report them to supervisors.
• Follow all Food & Beverage department procedures, operational rules, and health‑safety standards.
• Participate in orientation training, bi‑annual performance assessments, and ongoing environmental initiatives.

Required profile

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service and restaurant/bar operations.
• Ability to work flexible hours according to the weekly schedule set by the Food & Beverage Manager.
• Commitment to delivering 100% customer satisfaction.
• Willingness to engage in training on quality management, food safety, and environmental sustainability.
