Waiter / Assistant

About the role

Join Accor’s hospitality team as a Waiter/Assistant, delivering high‑quality food and beverage service in our restaurants and bars. You will be the front‑line contact for guests, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience while upholding Accor’s standards of service and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant and bar areas for service, following the established flow.
• Take and serve customer orders, suggest alternatives, and promote targeted services.
• Set up service plates, collect empty dishes, and coordinate with bus staff and interns.
• Maintain guest belongings safely and hand them over to supervisors when needed.
• Follow all Food & Beverage department procedures, operational rules, and weekly work schedules.
• Participate in orientation training and undergo two performance assessments each year.
• Support environmental initiatives: reduce waste, save energy, and follow quality and food‑safety management systems.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures.
