Warehouse Coordinator

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to join NUT Botanicals in Sheikh Zayed. The role involves managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining inventory integrity.
Key responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and fulfill orders accurately and on time.
- Receive, organize, and record inventory shipments.
- Process and record customer returns in company systems.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock counts.
- Coordinate shipments with logistics partners.
- Ensure warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety.
- Monitor product batches, expiry dates, and stock movements.
- Support general warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse, inventory, or distribution environment (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Required skills
- Zoho Inventory (preferred).
