Warehouse Manager – Logistics & Supply Chain

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead all warehouse activities at our Shubra facility in Cairo. You will be responsible for overseeing receiving, storage, dispatch, and inventory accuracy while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock movements in the system.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Production, Procurement, and Logistics departments.
• Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and evaluate performance.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and preservation of materials and products.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Prepare reports on inventory, warehouse performance, and key performance indicators.
• Implement procedures and best practices to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in warehouse management, including leadership responsibilities.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management systems, and ERP software.
• Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in warehouse management.
