Warehouse Manager – Storekeeper Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Manager (Storekeeper Supervisor) to lead our warehouse near Lion Village, Alexandria–Cairo Desert Road. The role focuses on ensuring accurate inventory, efficient workflow, and high operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Maintain optimal stock levels and accurate inventory records.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive process improvements.
• Supervise and allocate tasks to warehouse staff.
• Conduct periodic inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and other departments.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures.
• Prepare reports, KPIs and operational analyses for management.
• Resolve warehouse‑related issues promptly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures, inventory control and stock management.
• Proven leadership, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with warehouse management software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and Office suite).
