Warehouse Section Head

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Section Head to lead our luggage manufacturing warehouse in 10th of Ramadan City. The role combines team leadership with operational excellence to ensure safe, efficient handling of raw materials and finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the warehouse team, fostering a culture of efficiency, safety and continuous improvement.
• Supervise daily operations including receiving, storing, issuing, loading and unloading of materials and products.
• Plan manpower allocation to maintain smooth workflow and high productivity.
• Monitor inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, reconciliations and system updates.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement and Planning to meet material requirements and delivery schedules.
• Implement warehouse layout optimisation to improve space utilisation and material flow.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly performance and inventory reports.
• Identify and drive lean warehousing initiatives and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 6–9 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commitment to safety procedures and rigorous quality control standards.
• Ability to analyse data, forecast needs and make informed operational decisions.
