Warehouse Section Head

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Section Head to lead the transformation and daily operations of our new warehouse facility in 10th of Ramadan. The role combines strategic start-up responsibilities with hands-on management of material flow, inventory control and dispatch activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning, start-up, stabilization and ramp-up of the new warehouse, designing operating procedures, zoning, storage strategies and material flow principles.
• Implement and deploy a Warehouse Management System (WMS), define master data, barcode strategy, and ensure integration with Oracle ERP.
• Oversee raw material and finished-goods warehouse operations, guaranteeing material availability, traceability, and inventory accuracy.
• Manage order preparation, staging, loading and shipment dispatch, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards and business review routines, and build a scalable organization structure aligned with future business needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in warehousing, logistics or supply-chain operations.
• Proven ability to lead large-scale warehouse transformations and manage cross-functional teams.
