Warehouse Specialist – Medical Supplies

About the role

The Warehouse Specialist will manage the flow of medical supplies and equipment within our storage facility. You will ensure accurate ordering, receipt, storage, and distribution while maintaining strict inventory controls and compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Order, receive, and verify all incoming medical supplies and equipment.
• Arrange, store, and monitor inventory levels to meet operational demand.
• Rotate stock and inspect items for expiration dates.
• Maintain accurate computerized records of all store transactions.
• Supervise and assist with loading and transportation of requested supplies.
• Collect and return cancelled or damaged items to vendors.

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse or inventory environment, preferably handling medical supplies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications.
• Hands-on experience in receiving, stocking, and delivering supplies.
• Familiarity with computerized record-keeping systems.
• Ability to keep precise and up-to-date store records.
• Flexibility and professional presentation.
