About the role
You will join Mondelēz International’s warehouse team to ensure safe, efficient daily operations. The role involves handling inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting the overall logistics flow.
Key responsibilities
- Unload, inspect, and store incoming shipments while adhering to safety and quality standards.
- Pick, palletize, and load products onto delivery trucks according to the daily schedule.
- Coordinate receipt documentation, verify batch numbers, lot tracking, and expiration dates.
- Maintain accurate records in the Warehouse Management System and support cycle‑count activities.
- Communicate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal logistics teams to resolve delivery issues.
- Monitor inbound KPIs, report discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure the inbound area remains organized, clean, and safe.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
- 1‑3 years of relevant warehouse or logistics experience.
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks, lift at least 50 lb (25 kg), and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- High analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Forklift experience preferred and ability to obtain required equipment licenses.
