Workforce Analyst (WFM L2)

About the role

We are looking for a WFM Analyst L2 to drive workforce planning, process improvement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze workforce and operational data to improve efficiency and performance.
• Support workforce planning, forecasting, and resource optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and IT teams to implement WFM solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
• Provide support and training on WFM tools and best practices.
• Monitor industry trends and recommend innovative workforce management solutions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, data protection, and information security standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• 2–5 years of experience in workforce management.
• Hands‑on experience with Alvaria/Aspect.
• Experience with SQL, BI tools, or WFM software is an advantage.
