Workshop Sales Representative

About the role

The Workshop Sales Representative will act as the primary liaison between Bosch and automotive workshops within an assigned territory. You will drive the growth of the Bosch Workshop Partner Program, support partners with technical and commercial services, and promote Bosch’s digital and diagnostic solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the key contact for workshops in the designated region.
• Recruit new workshops for the Bosch Workshop Partner Program and maintain ongoing support.
• Monitor parts pull, equipment usage, and diagnostic tool adoption across the territory.
• Promote and sell workshop services such as training, hotline support, and the eXtra loyalty program.
• Generate and qualify leads for workshop equipment, ESI diagnostic tools, and Bosch Car Service, then hand them over to the Concept Consultant.
• Coordinate and supervise external sales resources and promoters to ensure compliance with activity plans and reporting standards.
• Promote Bosch campaigns (parts, diagnostics, workshop concepts) and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems.

Required profile

• University degree in marketing, business administration or mechanical engineering.
• Strong technical understanding of diagnostic and workshop equipment.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid driver’s license with willingness to travel extensively.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive aftermarket.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to engage with workshop managers, technical staff and external field sales teams.
