Writer & Social Media Manager / Content Designer

About the role

Swafoo is seeking a versatile Writer, Social Media Manager and Content Designer to join its remote team. You will craft compelling copy for websites, email campaigns and digital ads while shaping the brand’s voice across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, write and edit content for web pages, newsletters, social posts and paid ads.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, monitor engagement and interact with the audience.
• Design visual assets for social media and advertising using tools such as Canva, Figma or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to develop campaign concepts and creative briefs.
• Analyze performance metrics and adjust copy, creatives and targeting to improve reach and conversions.

Required profile

• Strong writing and editing skills for digital channels.
• Experience running social media calendars and building online communities.
• Ability to create and optimise ad copy for paid social and other online formats.
• Comfort working with data and analytics to refine content strategies.
• Self‑motivated, organized and able to meet deadlines in a remote environment.
