About the role

This 2026 Summer Internship Program offers motivated university students and fresh graduates a hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving, market‑leading environment. Over three four‑week rounds in July, August and September, interns will work on real projects across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily operations within assigned department (HR, IT, Marketing, Sales, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering, Production, Maintenance, R&D, Quality, Agriculture Engineering, Veterinary).
• Collect, analyse, and present data to inform decision‑making.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and test new ideas.
• Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions.

Required profile

• University student (undergraduate or graduate) or recent graduate.
• Strong curiosity and willingness to turn theory into impact.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
